This is a bad time of year for fitness, not only because of the mountains of food that are likely surrounding you at family get togethers, office parties, or laziness from the cold weather, but we also just plain don’t have time to spend 2 hours at the gym every day.

I’ll be heading to southern California next week for some family time, and then flying to Florida the following week for some major beach time, so I really need to get my rear in gear.

I’ve been finding myself short on gym time the past couple weeks because I’m on event planning overload at work and with Digitally Chic, but I can always find a few minutes for this awesome quickie work out from the Tone It Up Girls.  It works your entire body in less than 10 minutes.
